lunch on the slopes tastier than ever:

delicious home-made desserts... All of them, though varied and flavoursome, remain in the background:
the real protagonist is meat! Coming from
Lüch de Tlara organic farm, the meat of our calves, that enjoy the mother's milk up to 9-12 months, is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, but rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids. That's the secret of the
amazing tenderness and of the
mouth-watering aroma of our genuine meat.
But it's not only the cuisine to determine the restaurant's success and we are well aware of it. That's why we've created a
very characteristic ambience, of rare cosiness, with lots of wood, with high ceilings and exposed beams, with antique furniture and original vintage agricultural items, transformed into unique design solutions, such as chandeliers, decorative objects, etc. A
traditional Tyrolean stove is, certainly, present as well, providing enough space and heat for drying all the wet gloves and helmets. Thus, from time to time you can tear yourself away from the plate and browse through the variety of interesting items, catching in the windows the
magnificent glimpses of Ciampai, Piz Sorega, Bioch, Conturines and Lavarella. On sunny days it's a real pleasure eating on the
open-air terrace or sipping an aperitif on the
loungers, enjoying the sun and the surrounding views.
